Car needs some TLC, won't start on first try, think it might be battery, but not sure. Also, new ticking noise has started coming from engine. Most importantly, some guy installed an aftermarket radio and now the brake lights don't work and dashboard lights are out. I've replaced all bulbs and circuits, not sure where the short is, but definitely need it fixed ASAP.
