Ford F-250 Ticking Type Noise Due to Warped Exhaust Manifold

A ticking noise may develop from the engine due to a warped exhaust manifold. Damaged exhaust manifolds will require replacement to correct this issue.

I have a warped exhaust manifold on the passenger side. -
Experienced exhaust noise and odor. Mechanic found a cracked manifold and broken bolts plus other defects which involved r/r of 2 other parts (pipes/tubes?) to engine. -
Same issue. Ticks slightly due to bad exhaust manifold. -
Warped manifold due to broken axhaust m,anifold bolts. Replaced with thorley headers, around $1200 -
On my 7.3 diesel -
