exhaust manifold bolt broke on 2001 Dodge Durango

how do i remove a broke exhaust manifold bolt, drivers side back

This probably should be done by a trained mechanic as the existing bolt needs to be drilled and a mechanic would use a easy-out to get the bolt to come out without damaging the cylinder head, Remember the cylinder head has water jackets that could be drilled into if not properly done. http://repairpal.com/directory?address=37128&car_brand_names=Dodge
