  I think the experience is outstanding. They beat the dealer with how they do the work and how they treat you. Even if I get a discount oil change at a different repair shop I won't use it.

  They're not observant on what exactly the problem might be. They nit pick, you go back, and it's not the problem. I had an oil leak on my car and they say they fixed it. A week later, there was another oil leak. I went back and they said there was another problem and it was going to cost another thousand dollars. I'm very dissatisfied.

  The most wonderful car experiance I have ever had in 40 years! It did not even seem like I was dealing with a shop. The people were extremely pleasent to speak with. They gave me a ride home and picked me up, and I live about 16 miles away. I called them after my friend told me she has been going there for several years and has always had great experiances. I am very impressed and they saved me a bunch of money from what the dealer in Riverside wanted to charge. I completely would tell you to give them a try, you will love it.

  My wife found this place while we were at a carnival our church does each year. I just want to say how awesome they are. Her car had a noise no one could find. We were actually talking about selling it because it was starting to drive us nuts. I didn't think it was fixable. We took the car to them for an oil change and they figured out what the noise was coming from even without asking them. Better yet-they didn't even charge us to do it! I also want to say how great their customer service is. They totally took care of getting her home and picked her up to get the car when it was done. That was really helpful for us. They saved me, I mean "us" from buying a new car, (LOL). I know we found a great auto place I can trust.

  I am so glad I found this place. I met the owner at a church event a few months ago and he made me very comfortable just chatting with me about a problem I had with another place awhile ago. I took my car in for an oil change and they gave me a ride home right away. When it was all done they came right over and picked me up to come get it. They even washed it for free just because. I love Brittany, she is the best person I have ever found to tell me about my car and what it needed. I went back about week later for a squeaky noise I had, but they had also heard it when it was in there for the oil change. Brittany explained what was going on and they ordered a part so when I was able to come back, they were all ready to fix it for me. Wow how nice it is when everything is all quiet. I have lived with that stupid noise for a year-no one else could figure out what it was when I asked other places to look into that problem. Brittany told me what it was just when I came in for the oil stuff. I just thought it was something I had to live with, but they saved me. THANK YOU MY HEROES, (don't tell my husband-he couldn't figure it out either, but in his defense he's not a mechanic). The entire crew of Exclusive have been amazing to work with. I will tell everybody I can to come here.

  A business that actually does it right all the way!

  My wife's friend went to a car awareness class that this place offered to teach. She told her it was very cool and the people were great. So after hearing all about it, our car needed some stuff and we went over here instead of the Lexus dealer in Riverside. The Lexus dealer has always been good to us so I was a little worried to try somewhere new, but I am so glad I did. I am not sure of everything my wife's friend raved about, but I want to double it and then some.

  You just have to know that this is an incredible place to take your cars. I am so glad my friend told me about them. Very helpful people to work with and the cost was way better than I could have imagined. The Mercedes dealer wanted $1,540 to fix my car and this place found that it was something completely differant and it only cost $260 to take care of. Very honest, THANK YOU

  We found this shop on this site and also found that they have the top rating by the "Better Business Bureau" as an added plus, so we went in to have the little light that was on that looks like a motor checked out. I have to say that I have never seen a car repair place so clean. There is a glass wall that lets you see the whole shop from the lobby, and it is as clean as a doctors office!!! They gave me a ride home for the day and fixed the little light thing. I am very impressed. Ohhh yeah, they called me a couple of days after just to see if everything was working right (and yes it is), and then I even got a hand written thank you card from them the next week (I ask you-who does this anymore now days???) A job very well done!!!

  There is no other shop that does what Exclusive Auto does. The shuttle service is the best, didn’t need to find a ride or bother anybody to get to and from the shop.
