Report: Excess drain on battery due to faulty radio
Chrysler Aspen Hybrid Problem

Model Year Affected: 2009

A weak or dead battery may be caused by power draw from the radio. If the radio display flickers with the key removed and the doors closed, radio replacement will be needed.

I don't know if the battery is being drained due to a faulty radio but I had the smaller battery replaced. To no avail the car sat at the dealership less than a day and when I went to pick it up it would not start. So the technician threw out some possibilities of what it could be and the radio was mentioned. NOTE: This is not the first time this has happened. I was faced with the battery drainage about 2 months ago.
