    Take it to an alignment shop or a repair shop and get it LOOKED at. Lots of things we could guess at here.
    And be wrong every time.

    You should head to a repair shop right away and find out what it is...it could be DANGEROUS and EXCITING if anything on the front drivers side of your car should fall off! In the wet roads of New York too!
