The EVAP is a complex system, including many parts. You won't be able to diagnose it without diag. computer and good knowledge about the system, sometimes it requires smoke pump to check leaks. I have seen techs failing to diagnose the system properly.
Take it to pro, have it diagnosed the system, than replace only the necessary part.
Otherwise it will cost you higher $$.

It is located at the rear and center of the fuel tank and is easy to remove, but hard to replace. The part is $114!
