  NO WAY I WOULD EVER TAKE A CAR HERE AGAIN!!!! These guys took FIVE HOURS to put a battery in a car and could offer no reasonable explanation. Then they told me the guy I normally used to work on my cars had been FORECLOSED and was OUT OF BUSINESS. THESE FOLKS ARE OUTRIGHT LIARS. If the only way they can get business is to bash another honest man's business, why would I want to take my car there? They did NOTHING to earn my trust or my business. Rather, precisely the opposite. They took too long and then offered excuses. They charge WAY too much for the parts and then insulted me on the phone with the other shop owner in front of my wife. If that is what you expect out of your auto repair shop, then these are the guys for you. I hold myself and other people to a higher standard than that. In the end, when they've treated enough folks the same way as they treated me, they'll be run out of business. Read the reviews for their other locations in Franklin and Nashville. My experience does not appear to be unique.
