to blindsquirel, you are correct it is the ETS/ESP warning that is blinking. It just seems more frequently then I have noticed before. What does this mean?

This light will flash when the wheels are losing traction, or spinning. You may not even feel the wheel spin, but the system is so sensitive it will detect it before you do. However, if it is flashing when not moving, or on very slow acceleration, it may be indicating a fault in the traction control system. You may want to get it checked to see if there are any fault codes stored in the control module. Just a note, have you had any work done recently? Especially brake work?
