IF your car has been maintained properly and the oil has been changed at the correct intervals, the coolant, the timing belt replaced, the transmission serviced regularly, then I would say that from 120 k until about 250 k it will cost about 800-1200 per year to keep your car dialed in. Some years it may be 600 but the next year you may need 4 tires, a tune up and brakes which can run 1500. You should visit your shop once a season or every 3 mos/ 3000 miles for an oil change and a look over of your car, so things don't get away from you.
