EGR valve system cleaning is not considered scheduled maintenance. The cost can vary greatly depending on exactly what part or parts of the EGR system on your 1999 Acura CL need to be cleaned. Generally speaking the throttle body may need to be removed and the intake partially or completely dissembled in order to clean any plugged EGR passages.
