i noticed my car had no oil after it stalled i put oil an it started but it makes pinging noises and it stalls idont know if i busted something

    You need to have a mechanic look at it.sounds like you might have got the main bearings.

    based on what you said you may have done internal damage to the engine. You are going to want to have it towed to a qualified repair center and have them diagnose the problem. Do not run the motor any more as you may cause further damage to the components.
