Question: engine won't turnover

battery good starter&solenoid good ignition switch goodall relays cand fuses good I can jump starter relay contacts to make turnover but the relays are losintg their grond no fuel pump no spark with ground could it be a module if so which one and where is hidind haynes says pcm behind front deiver bumper but that is transmiision module please help

    Are there any codes stored in the pcm?

    didn't hace a scanner available so went at the hard way volt meter and 12 volt light the relays weren't latching because the relay coils lost their grounds they get the ir grounds from the pcm . I ordered a new pcm tis morning the haynes book sucks not enough infomation to troubleshoot had to get info from internet jerry $200.00 it won't start couldn't get the car to a shop so I took my best shot it won't be the first time I screwed up i'm sure it won't be the last jerry

    The pcm will ground those relays, but it does so when all starting conditions are met. I hope you're right about the PCM! Those can't be cheap!
