engine won't turn over on 1997 Toyota Camry

Today, 81310, the engine suddenly won't turn over. The car has a brand new battery.

If the battery is fully charged then check the battery cables to make sure they are free or corrosion and tight and if that doesn't work have it towed to a shop near you to determine exactly what has failed. you can find a http://repairpal.com/directory?address=77042&car_brand_names=Toyotashop here
