engine wont start on 1994 Lincoln Town Car

there is no power going to the electric fuel pump any suggestions ? the car has been sitting for 4 years but has been started ocasionally with no problem until now

Test the fuel system for power from the ecm.

The fuel pump relay is a place I would look first - if you verify your inertia switch in the trunk has not tripped.
