Question: Engine vibration at 108,000 miles

I need your advice on how to solve my problem re: engine vibration when engage to drive mode and when a/c is on at idle. I have replaced all (4) motor mounts,had the throttle body cleaned and poured fuel injector cleaner, regular oil change. Yet, still having this vibration problem. So far, i have no problem when it comes to engine accelaration and power.

This all started when my car hit 106,000 miles; I have noticed that the engine sound becomes louder and the idle is rough with the vibrations. When engine is engage and a/c is ON the rpm is very stable at its required level. This car use to be very quiet and stable.

    I need a little more info, what kind of service have you done to the vehicle in the past, just like a brief description. like oil changes ect.

    Oil changes every 5k mikes using Mobil 1 synthetic oil, spark plugs were replaced using the same original specs (iridium) at 90,000 miles, 4 motor mounts and struts were replaced at 102,000 miles, ATF and power steering fluids were flushed and renewed. Throttle body was cleaned and fuel injector cleaner was poured. Overall, the condition of my car is somehow excellent inside and out. But somehow having this engine vibration problem is very annoying for me. I need your help and advice. Thanks

    AT THIS POINT THE VEHICLE WILL NEED TO BE LOOKED AT WITH A PROPER DIAGNOSES..

    have you checked for cylinder compression. one more thing the motor mounts are they (oem) parts from the dealer, or their aftermarket mounts...

    The motor mounts were aftermarket (MTC Brand). Before and after 4 mounts were replaced, the vibration is still the same. The old mounts were still okay, but thats what the mechanic suspected. Air cleaner filter is new, radiator fluids were also flushed (new), drive belt tension is tight and no weird sound from alternator, powersteering, and idler pulley..
    I cant think of anything else now.. please help.

    I would like to know if the problem was found and fixed on this vehicle because this is what my 2008 camary is doing now.
