I was wondering how much it would cost to replace the "timing chain" on a 95 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera SL car?
or if it was possible for me to replace it myself?
and if you live near me, i would like to know your personal opinion.

  Sorry--I am not near you, really, but I can tell you to expect to pay as much as $1,000 or more for a timing chain replacement. The parts are not inexpensive, and there is a lot of labor required--several hours.

  It is an advanced job and requires significant auto mechanical skill.
