Is there any benefit to installing a lower temp thermostat in the summer time when temps get into the 90's?

   Master

  The coolant sensors for the computer want to see the proper temp. If you change to lower temp it will mess with calibration. If the rest of cooling system is up to snuff then you will be ok.
