Question: engine stumbling after hosing down engine

This had appeared before but seemed to resolve itself after a short run period. This time not. Even went thru changing plugs cap rotor and wires symptom is still there

    I've seen this question before. You have to dry off all connections. Especially the wires. Is the P0301 still pending?
