I'm from Malaysia. I bought a used 350z (2003 version) in Feb'13. At the beginning, there was a problem with the engine vibration and the mechanic had rectified it by replacing the ECU. Soon after that, there is a bigger problem arised - the engine dies off automatically few second after starting. Then got to try a few times and rev up the engine simultaneously, it runs smoothly after that. But once the car is idle for few hours or every morning, this problem occurs again. My mechanic has already done the engine relearn via computer, checked the mass air flow sensor, converter, but still cant solve it. Do you have any glue?

With so many people disappointed in these expensive money pits..I suggest every disgruntled owner, after planning, establishing communication with each other..attempt to take these cars back to the manufacturer. I would gladly meet up and take the trip, however far..these are the worst cars imaginable..every few months, new, very expensive problems, and mine barely has over 100,000..I've had lessor, cheaper cars. Example: Toyota Supra...one clutch..nine years ownership. Mitsubishi Eclipse..two wheel bearings..eight years ownership. Few hundred dollars between them for 17 years of use. 350 Z..3 years, around six thousand dollars..JUNK!! EXPENSIVE JUNK!!!
