2004 Nissan Pathfinder

 

Question: Engine Stall.

 Rookie

What would cause my engine to stall. Going 70MPH down the highway and the car stalls engine still running but no acceleration or gas. Had to merge and get off the highway. Shut it off after a few minutes it goes again. Then the engine light also came on.

    fly by wire failure. you need to take it to a shop and find out if the throttle body has failed or the pedal sensor.

    Agree with Roy, have the computer checked for codes and see what the trouble code indicates.
