1996 Ford Taurus Question: engine smoking

engine in my 1996 Taurus has started smoking when driven..can't find the leak and is not low on fluids...getting terrible, smells like oil...thanks for your help and suggestions -
Answer 1
Run the engine until hot and it is smoking and then look under neath the hood, you will find, it, use a flash light. Most Fords leak from the valve cover gaskets and then the oil leaks on to the exhaust manifold, a little bit of oil makes a heck of a lot of smoke. -
Answer 2
check tranny fluid. -
