Well the shake could be from worn out motor mounts. Was it tuned because of time and mileage or were you told it would fix the shake? Could have one cylinder misfire causing the shake. If did have tuned to try and fix shake take it back and have them recheck the work and see what is causing the problems. Any check engine lights on?

Yes the check engine light is on. I was told that I needed a tune up because my engine was on. When I first got my belt and water pump change after that I notice my engine started to shake. Later I got a tune up because the engine light was still on. Now it is still on.

The cel on is key here. Best to include this info in your original post. The code that is stored will give a qualified tech a place to start the diagnosis for why it shakes. Likely has a cylinder misfire code.

it could be that you have a misfire in one of your cylinders. I had this problem with my Saturn I changed the coil and now it runs a million times better.
