I don't know if i have a fan problem, (don't know when they should come on) It also seems I have one on the outside of the radiator, and one inside. Do they have relays, is there a place I can go to find a wiring diagram for the fans? This car has a new water pump, and does fine running cool until you stop at a store for a few minutes, or a couple stop signs or lights and then it gets hot and the only way to cool it down is to run the heater full blast to help dissipate the heat. In 95 degree heat this is not practical. thanks for any help you can offer.

There is a company that independent auto repair shops "buy" their information from that offer a very reasonable service to do it yourselvers. You can get a one week subscription or year subscription very cheap. The information is year make and model specific repair procedures, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect.... great quality information same as the professionals have ,much better than generic workshop manuals from parts stores, much cheaper than the factory manual try http://bit.ly/mitchell_repair_manuals_online
and get an online repair manual subscription.
It could be a restricted radiator or blown head gasket but ensure first that the fan comes on when the temperature needle reaches just above half way.
