Engine Oil Pan Gasket May Leak on Ford F-150

The engine oil pan gasket can develop a leak. Leaking oil may accumulate on the exhaust system resulting in a burning smell. Replacing the gasket should correct this leak.

I have a 2006 F-150 king ranch that developed a oil pan leak after 58,000 miles, so the ford dealer says and $397.00 for repair a day later after the repair it leaked again so I took the truck back to the dealer this tome the diagnosis was the rear main seal leak that's costing over $900. 00 I called the Ford Quality complaint hot line to report the problem and to see if there are any recalls for the problem this is a must do to get a recall started a certain amount of complaints must be reported to this hot line number before it gets on the recall list.
