Question: Engine oil light flickers when I'm slowing down and stays on while stopped

Rookie

If I put it in park the light goes off. Just had oil changed and had oil pressure tested and that's fine. Oil pressure sensor was replaced and it's still doing it. Help, thank you.

It sounds as if tests and repairs are suspect. Just had oil changed? It's possible there's "vapor lock" and that would make light go on, due to low or sporadic oil pressure. Try "cracking" oil filter when car is running. All it takes is a QUICK turn of filter, (enough so a bit of oil is released) to allow trapped air out.
