Engine misses through all five speeds, idles beautiful, runs good wide open.

    Is the Check Engine Light on? Even if the Check Engine light is not on valuable information may be stored in the computer in your car that may hold useful information in diagnosing the problem with your Mazda. A scantool is needed to interrogate the information stored. The misfire could be caused by an ignition coil break down (truck has one coil that powers all cylinders), it could have a bad spark plug or spark plug wire or loss of fuel pressure or volume. Its hard to guess without being able to drive the car and experience the problem first hand.
