Question: Engine misfiring

I have two codes: P0302 Cylinder #2 misfiring
P0316 misfies on start-up
What whould be the cause?

    First code, definately misfire, second code, acording to Auto Zone is P0316 / Crank sensor condition, the crankshaft position sensor signal is monitored for errors. Probable cause 1.) crank sensor defective, 2.) Check connector and wiring to sensor, 3.) Check trigger wheel for damage.
