Question: engine misfire

 Rookie

129,000 miles, codes say "misfire on all 6 cyl. What could be the problem?

  Just put in OEM spark plugs 15,000 miles ago...

  If you have never performed a valve clearance inspection, I would suspect tight valves.

  I believe I identified the problem...the EGR ports were very dirty and corroded. I cleaned them (well, my mechanic did) and now everything runs greats, with better gas mileage (now 20 mpg on hwy)
