 Rookie

my vehicle doesnt want to shift gears. seems to be in 2nd the whole time. only able to drive(max)45mph before rpms reach 3. had new transmission installed a year ago. garage has to reset computer to fix problem everytime but now it doesnt work as long maybe 2 days. they say i need a new computer (tranny)what do you think?
