Mass air flow meter should affect both banks not just one if it is faulty.I would look for a vacuum leak on Bank 2 perhaps the vacuum hose that sullies vacuum for the cruise control is "off". Remove the black plastic cover over the engine and look for hoses damaged or disconnected, listen for a slight hissing sound. A professional grade scan tool would be best to look at fuel trim figures and misfire count maybe even Mode 6 information. Many automotive repair shops have a machine that generates an inert non flammable low pressure smoke that looks similar to cigar smoke. The intake manifold is sealed off, and smoke is put into the engines intake manifold. The smoke then fills the engines crankcase and if there are any vacuum leaks from gaskets, hoses, or housing smoke emits from the source of the leak.
