diagnostic code PD496 Evaporative emission system high purge flow. What does this mean?

  The code is actually P0496 it's caused by EVAP flow during a non-purge condition.The computer has detected pressure in the EVAP system, a non-purge condition
  Possible Causes:
  Purge or Vent Solenoid Failures
  Plugged EVAP canister condition
  Failed EVAP pressure sensor
