the engine light came on and the car sputters and looses power when you try to accelerate

  The check engine light being on means that your vehicles computer has registered a problem and stored trouble codes. You need to have your computer scanned to see what the codes are. The codes will tell us the system affected and where to begin looking to solve the problem.

  My shop is in Sterling. If you need someone to scan for codes we can do it for no charge. Then you will have a better idea of what you need to do.
