what does it mean when the engine light is flashing

    The pcm monitors, and controls many differant senors etc. on your truck. If the light is flashing it is a intermittent problem that hasn't set as a hard code yet. You can take the truck to local auto parts store as Advance Auto, Auto Zone, O'Reilly's and they will scan it free for you. If you want to post the code numbers on here for us to see and we can help you from there.
