THE FAN WILL COME ON IF THE COOLANT TEMP SENSOR IS EITHER UNPLUGGED OR HAS AN OPEN IN THE CIRCUIT. THE SENSOR EITHER BEING UNPLUGGED, OR FAULTY CAN AND WILL MAKE THE ENGINE NOT START DUE TO IT IS GETTING WAY TOO MUCH FUEL. PUSH THE ACCELERATOR TO THE FLOOR AND HOLD IT AND TRY TO START IT. IF IT STARTS I WOULD FIRST RELEASE THE PEDAL, THEN GET A COOLANT SENSOR OR HAVE IT TESTED BY A RELIABLE SHOP.
