Car just would not start...Battery is fully charged, I replaced spark plugs. How do I know if there is power coming to the plugs to begin with?

In orderfor a engine to start you need three things spark, fuel, air. For a 2000 you can with good ear have someone cycle the key, or crank it you should be able to hear the fuel pump come on. If you can hear chances are good that it is functional, but still a fuel pressure test will be needed. Now for spark, get a plug wire leave a 1/4 air gap have someone crank it if you get spark you may need a fuel pump. These are just the basic.
