Intermittent stalling problems like this are very difficult to solve if you can't get some diagnostic feedback while the problem is occurring. Have you checked the diagnostic trouble codes? Even though the check engine light is not on, there still may be a code stored.

scanned with a Genysis, no codes. If I Coast 10 to 15 seconds it restarts. If it was a fuel pump you would think it would not restart right away. Then to make things more complicated it may not do again for a week or a day. Any ideas.

This sounds like an electronic part failure, like a relay, module or a or a sensor. I don't know this vehicle well enough to know which parts commonly fail, but I would try talking to someone who does. There are a few good GM people here, hopefully they will have some feedback for you.

It appears that nobody else wants to help me. I'm leaning to a PCM. That still wouldn't explain why it restarts quickly.

Sounds like a weak fuel pump. Get a quick test should be about 40-50 psi. Should take about 10 minutes.
