Question: engine cutting out

You have to put it in neutral when stopped to keep it running. No it is taking off real slow like its not getting fuel. Where is the fuel filter located at.

    The Fuel filter in Kia Rios is inside the Fuel tank, you have to replace the tank if you need a new filter.
