2001 Chevrolet Silverado 1500

Question: Engine Cranks but no start.

 Rookie

Started out as an intermediate problem. Would start after several attempts. Now it will not start at all but does crank, acts like it's trying. Chk Eng lite comes on. I can hear the fuel pump activate. Replaced - rotor/cap, spark plugs, and Crnkshft position sensor. Still no fire. Diagnostic plug not working. Any suggestions?

  have the fuel pressure checked. it may be running but the pressure may not be high enough to make the vehicle run.
