Engine cooling fans do not come on when needed. Fuses, all I could find, are good. What's next? Burn it or what? Nobody seems to know. No accident involved....just quit wooking, Why?

Temp sensor right beside where your thermostat is, it has a small plug attached to the top of it ,and it is brass and screws into motor, Go to autozone and if you cannot find it they will show you where its at, when its time for fans to come on that sensor sends singnal to a relay and relay turns on fan.

Thank you for your input it looked good. Found the sensor...jumped across wires,in effect closing contacts in sensor, fans did not run. You mentioned a relay in the curcit. Would that be the next thing to look at and if so, can you tell me where that relay is located? Thanks again for your time. If you think of anything that will get my engine fans running I would be very thankful. hmarbleman@yahoo.com (Tim)

The relay should be on right hand side og radiator down on bottom right mine was very close to radiator very small, Yours is a newer model,Call autozone and ask them to look up part and than give you price and location,They dont mind doing this.as they want you to buy part, once you locat it try testing it also before you buy.Right side if you are faceing engine with hood open I notice you do have same year as mine.
