Stalling while driving, won't start wait 30 minutes then starts, start school but a roughost idle for 5 to 10 seons

My car shuts off while driving will start right back up. If I accelerate up to 50 mpr it shifts down and all lights come on and go haywire. My check engine light will come on. My security light stays on all time. My car also has like a roar while going down road. Anyone have any ideas what's wrong.
