 Rookie

beeping sound like if your seatbelt was off, message across panel saying oil pressure engine shut down. had it towed in to a mechanic he said my motor was blown cause the oil was real black due to lack of oil change. it starts up but do not turn over.

    There is a sensor that will shut down engine if you have low oil pressure. But you don't need a new engine just because the oil is black. Not changing your oil regularly is very bad for the engine. But if your engine is turning over, not knocking, or has bearing noise. He needs to do a compression test, oil pressure test, at a minimum before he can make that diagnosis. You need to get a second opinion, Turbo problems can cause oil pressure troubles too.
