Question: emissions test failure

pholland, 4.0L V6, Arlington, VA, February 22, 2010, 11:42

 Rookie

relaced the o2 sensor and put more than 200 miles on car and still won't pass emissions test mileage total is 70308. What else could be preventing this to pass?

  Why is your 1996 Ford Explorer failing the emissions test. Is it because the monitors have not run or is it failing because of high emission readings?
