Emissions Test Failed on 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid

Failed emissions test. According to tech was due to communication failure and suggested that I take it to the dealer. Suggested that a faulty fuse might be the issue? Can I determine if it is a bad fuse and replace myself without going to the dealer?

The Civic Hybrid is very sophisticated with many computers working the engine, transmission, IMA and body. It's best to take it to the dealer to see what the issue is. Depending upon what the issue is and how many miles are on the vehicle it could be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
