  i would have never thought using the word high class in a sentence for a body shop.

  During rush hour on 880 this is how it started i was on my way to work passing Stevenson blvd where the old costco now is walmart. A car from behind ramed in my black BMW i had bought this car knew from the dealer a year ago it was my pride an joy. here comes the part i forgot to renew my insurance. the driver who hit me had no insurance cops came an arrested the guy for driving under the influence thats beside the point..the highway patrol called in the tow truck to get my car n asked where to drop it off at i looked to my right side an saw EMC Auto Center.

  I noticed nothing but BMW's, Mercedes, Lexus, Porsche, Even a nice Aston Martin. i told the chp officer over at emc i called to let them know i was bringing in my vehicle an they were more than happy to take it in the guy who i dealt with was Victor.

  i was very very hesitant knowing i had no insurance. i went in around 5:55 pm an noticed that everyone was getting ready to leave at 6 although since i walked in so late Victor stayed ran me an estimate i really thought the car was salvage since it was not drivable an had to get towed.

  i explained my situation to Vic an he told me not to worry an would simply work with me since i had no insurance an felt my pain he gave me a estimate an i got a printout an photos of my car i told him if i can make a decision later that week an he said sure take your time we can store the car for free which was very nice of him

  So here is the best part i called in other body shops faxed over the invoice emailed the photos i got to say no wonder my friends an co workers told me to watch out for those body shops that take advantage of you will i got to say the other shops were three times higher than them.

  i called Vic who is a sincere high class gentlemen i told him my wife will come an sign for the work an told him to give me an ETA an said estimate time was 5 Business days knowing they are open on saturdays to get majority work done unlike other shops stated two weeks. i was impressed not only by the price but time frame of completion also courtesy calls to give me updates on the work.

  i went in the following week an took a paint meter to measure the thickness of the paint i was simply embarrassed for doing it since knowing they are BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini shop approved with all the licenses an part of the BBB i was just testing the quality of the work and excellent wont match up as i give them an A++ for using OEM products. my words or writing cant describe how happy i was i even got a $200 detail for free which was not part of the agreement. i was the happiest person as my car didnt even look like it got hit it was just like the day i bought it new!

  i will definitely buy my tires an get detailing done here since i cant get in accidents every day but simply refer my friends to EMC.

  At first I was hesitant at bringing my car here being that they are a bit pricey, but definitely cheaper than a dealership. Although my car is not brand, I value it like if it was (It's a 2004 M3). The quality of their work speaks for itself. I was guaranteed that I would be satisfied and was very happy with the work they did. It was definetly done right, hopefully I won't need anymore body work but if I do I know where I will be coming.

  I use EMC for all my auto body needs but just found out that they also do Auto Service! I brought my 06 Honda Civic for service and they met my expectations! Service was cheaper than the dealer and completed the work in a timely manner. I strongly recommend this place for all you automotive needs.

  I had my Bentley with the Audi 12 cylinder engine serviced and repaired and body work done at EMC. I was frankly very impressed with their customer service and the quality of the work they performed. This is in my opinion a first class operation. I would highly recommend EMC to anyone!
