passat now, 1.8L 4 Cylinder Turbo, Bellingham, WA, September 02, 2010, 19:53

 Rookie

Pls help, I remove the fuse for my radio and put it back (which was I think was reset) and now it shows 'SAFE' on the radio and I do not what to do to make it work again.

  SAFE means you need to enter the radio security code. It would have been with the owner's manual and other literature that came with your car when it was new. If you don't have the proper security code just randomly entering numbers will cause the radio to lock up!
  If the code is lost the radio needs to be removed to get the chassis number of the radio it's self.
