 Rookie

Ok, here's the deal - my windshield wipers stop and then start again in a few minutes (not using the intermittent switch); sometimes my headlights turn on and other times not; my cd player pretends its playing a cd all the time, the clock, once set will not keep time once the engine is turned off. Do I have a bunch of small problems or is my electrical system going out

    It sounds like you have bad electrical connections. Start at the battery and ensure the connections are clean tight and secure. Clean the battery terminals if there is corrosion. Check wiring harnesses and wires around the fuse box. Wiggle wires to see if it makes things work or stop working in order to locate where the problem may be. Electrical problems especially if they are intermittent can be so frustrating. Hyundai as a car manufacturer put a lot of free technical information and workshop manuals on line for Hyundai owners.
