I have 1989 Porshe 928 s4. Recently when the car is turn off all instrument lights will turn off, but there is a low glow of light in the instrument dash quite visible in the dark. If left for a day or two it will completely drain the battery. Anyone have an answere!

I would start by looking for corrosion around the fuse box or electrical connections under the dash particularly if the windscreen leaks of if the inside of the car is damp due to water leaks. You may need just to start tracing the wiring and or looking at or for corrosion at the printed circuit board of the dash. Autozone have some popular workshop manuals for free on line once you register (for free) on their website http://bit.ly/autozone_repair_info. There is also a company that independent auto repair shops buy their information from that the same information inexpensively to do it yourselfers. The information is year make and model specific repair procedures, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
