Sometimes when I turn the ignition on the speedometer will move from zero to fifty rapidly and the tack gauge will do the same and sometimes the top will not work. When I put the car in gear everything works. After I drive the car for a short time the low fuel light will come on and the engine will shut off momentarily.

If the low fuel light is coming on, that means that either the tank IS really low or you have a problem with the fuel level sensor, which can, in some cases shut off the electric fuel pump, so it does not run the fuel pump dry and ruin it. If everything works in drive, it sounds like there may be an electrical ground problem. That is where I would start my inspection, check your ground connections or have a shop do so. http://repairpal.com/directory?address=17745&car_brand_names=Chrysler
