Question: Electrical power to radio not working?

The radio is not getting electrical power. Where would be a good place to look? Could there be a reset breaker for the radio? The fuse in the fuse box is good.

    Check the plug behind the radio be sure it's tight. check the ground. if you have a test light test to see if power is going to the wire plug at the radio.
    some times they just quit

    There is a 10Amp fuse in the fuse box marked "Audio", and a 10 Amp fuse marked "AV" in the passenger compartment fuse box that supply power to the stereo. Check that these fuses are OK!

    I had this same problem with my 2006 sportage and how we fixed it was by opening the driver's side panel and pulling out the power connector fuse (yellow) out and pushing it back in. Hope this helps.
